Are the vehicles insured?
All our vehicles are insured and include free Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and free Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). You can purchase Full Damage Waiver (FDW) for an extra cost.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
You can pay by cash, Paypal or by bank transfer.
How do I rent a car?

Can I change the car after the reservation?

We can arrange for you to have the car ready for pickup on any airport or port in Crete or your preferred location. Contact us for more details.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?
In case of the unfortunate event of an accident/breakdown resulting in the immobilization of the vehicle the renters car will be replaced with another one within 24 hours from the time of the incident has been reported. Our company has the right investigate the cause of the accident/ breakdown and deny the replacement of the car if the use of the car was against terms and conditions.
What happens if I loose my keys?
Renter will be charged if keys are lost or damaged. Lost keys are deemed as negligence and are not covered under the insurance excess. Drivers will be liable for all costs relating to recovery, loss of use, replacement car and repair. Cost 200,00€ . Please note that if a vehicle is stolen and keys are not returned to the rental location, the renter will be deemed negligent and insurance is deemed void.
What if I return the car late?
If the vehicle is returned later than the time indicated on the voucher, it is charged with an additional day.
